University of South Carolina | Columbia, SC
Before the South Carolina Gamecocks can take the field, Heritage landscaping experts set the stage. Our landscape team provides both installation and maintenance, from seasonal flowers and lawn care to clearing leaves and adding fresh mulch since 2012.
We’re proud to maintain landscaping for the University of South Carolina Gamecock Athletics facility and Williams-Brice Stadium for students and fans to enjoy.
ZF Transmissions | Upstate, SC
Our team’s landscaping expertise with working at large scale industrial sites allowed us to be the perfect match at ZF Transmissions. From routine mowing to maintaining the large retention ponds, we keep the space well-maintained for day-to-day operations with detail-driven care.
Oak Park & Gilbert Elementary | North Charleston & Gilbert, SC
On Earth Day, our Charleston team planted trees at Oak Park and Gilbert Elementary. We wanted to support local schools in the markets we work in and provide students with shade trees and greenery. During this project, we hit a notable milestone as we planted our 1,000th tree in 11 months.
Dominion Energy | Charleston, SC
Our team has partnered with Dominion for over 15 years throughout South Carolina. We are proud to manage the landscape at multiple Dominion Energy sites in Charleston, SC. From plant installations to landscape maintenance, we make sure employees and guests can enjoy beautiful green spaces every day.
Pine Trace Park | Summerville, SC
We partnered with Dorchester County Parks and Recreation staff, Johnson Laux Construction, ADC Engineering, and the Dorchester County Parks & Recreation Commission to support the landscaping installation at Pine Trace Park. The project is a beautiful new space made for adventure, relaxation, and fun in the Summerville, SC community.
Laurens Electric Cooperative | Laurens, SC
Heritage is proud to be Laurens Electric Cooperative’s landscape partner, providing installation and maintenance services for multiple offices and substations throughout the upstate. Laurens Electric is a member-owned electric distribution co-op serving 65,000 members in Upstate South Carolina.
CORNERSTONE | Blythewood, SC
Heritage was to partner with MB Khan for the landscape installation at CORNERSTONE, a 41,000-square-foot workforce training facility on the Midlands Technical College-Northeast campus. It serves a Scout Motors project in Blythewood, SC. We installed trees, shrubs, irrigation, decorative rock, and mulch at this site.
I’On Club | Charleston, SC
Our team is proud to support the landscape at one of Charleston’s most eloquent private tennis clubs, the I’On Club. Our work goes beyond traditional landscaping maintenance to include custom floral design, mulching, and seasonal installations. We also exclusively utilize eco-friendly battery-powered equipment on-site, minimizing noise and disruption for members enjoying the club’s outdoor amenities.
Bull Street District | Columbia, SC
Our team installed trees, shrubs, artificial turf, and fresh mulch at Gather COLA, a brand new food hall and entertainment venue that opened last week in the BullStreet District in Columbia, SC.
Heritage currently maintains the landscape at the massive 181-acre BullStreet District site. It is an urban redevelopment of the former S.C. State Hospital campus that has been transformed into a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with homes, offices, shops, restaurants, entertainment, parks, minor league baseball, and a USC Health Sciences campus. The district blends historic preservation with modern city living.
Fellowship Greenville | Greenville, SC
Our team partnered with Mavin Construction to provide the landscape installation at Fellowship Greenville. We also currently maintain the site creating a warm welcome for first-time visitors and longtime members week after week.
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits | Columbia, SC
Heritage is honored to work alongside ARCO Construction at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, a ±412,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located on +85 acres in Columbia, SC. We installed a pond aeration system to help reduce the amount of aquatic vegetation and ensure a healthy ecosystem, as well as new grass, trees, mulch, shrubs, and other elements, creating curb appeal. We also installed a stone vector around the perimeter of the building to maintain a barrier for pests and prevent fires or damage.
