Ashley McLeod, Heritage President, had the honor of speaking at Sustain SC’s “Roadmap Accelerator” event series, hosted at Mark Anthony Brewing—a customer of Heritage. Fellow members contributed to a growing discussion on “Biodiversity, Health, and Wellness,” crucial components that are driving our state toward a sustainable future.
Ashley presented on “Sustainability in Green Spaces” and shared how Heritage is tackling challenges and emerging opportunities in creating more sustainable green spaces for commercial facilities across South Carolina. Heritage is helping commercial clients plan, implement, and maintain more healthy and biodiverse green spaces. Our company is also collecting data to show measurable improvements to help educate and engage key stakeholders and the public on these non-traditional projects.
A big thank you to Sustain South Carolina as well as South Carolina Healthy Business Challenge for organizing today’s event and to Mark Anthony Brewing for hosting us. Events like these not only highlight the essential accelerators for South Carolina’s sustainable growth but also reinforce our commitment at Heritage to support these initiatives through our services.
