MUSC Forest Drive | Columbia, SC
We are proud to design and maintain green spaces for MUSC Health Primary Care in Columbia to ensure the space remains inviting and functional for staff and patients to enjoy.
Our projects include renovating an existing meditation garden to incorporate shade structures and lighting, converting a large section of asphalt parking into a pedestrian green space, installing a new walking path around the perimeter of the campus, and upgrading the landscape along Forest Drive, which includes the Sister’s House.
Sandy Run Industrial Park, Lot 3 | Columbia, SC
We’re honored to once again work alongside Red Rock Developments, Miller Valentine Construction, and Colliers at Sandy Run Industrial Park Lot 3, a ±519,792 SF industrial warehouse on +50 acres. Our landscaping team is responsible for installing and maintaining the landscaping, including grass, trees, shrubs, flowers and other elements to enhance the site’s curb appeal.

Fellowship Greenville | Simpsonville, SC
We partnered with Mavin Construction to design and install ±2 acres of outdoor spaces for Fellowship Greenville, a Christian church in Greenville, South Carolina. The project focused on enhancing the church’s outdoor areas, creating serene and welcoming spaces where people can gather, connect, and grow. We continue to maintain the landscaping to ensure these spaces remain inviting and well-kept.

Chick-fil-A Distribution Center | Cayce, SC
In partnership with Samet Construction, we’re contributing to the development of a key logistical hub for Chick-fil-A Supply. Heritage is handling the installation and maintenance of landscaping elements on ±100 acres, ensuring the space is functional, welcoming, and aligned with our client’s values.
