Meet the Team Behind the Work
Leading the charge is Brandon Landreth, our CHS Regional Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly. He’s backed by Sean Cronin, our Training and Quality Control Manager, and Daffin Daniel, our Maintenance Supervisor, who keep the team organized and on schedule.
Our Maintenance Team Leaders work hard to guide their teams and get the job done right. And of course, we couldn’t do it without our skilled maintenance team members, who bring dedication to every property they maintain.

One of the key projects our Charleston team maintains is The Factory at Park Circle. Since 2023, we’ve partnered with this multifamily community to provide expert landscape maintenance, annual flower installations and mulch services, ensuring the property remains a beautiful and welcoming space for residents year-round.

Another exciting project our Charleston team manages is the Colliers Charleston portfolio. We provide comprehensive landscape solutions and maintenance for a variety of commercial properties under Colliers’ management, ensuring that these office buildings and retail spaces maintain their curb appeal for tenants and visitors alike.
