At Heritage, we take pride in turning visions into reality through exceptional landscaping and installation services. We’re excited to highlight two of our top installation projects from the past few months.
Pine Trace Park | Summerville, SC
We partnered with Dorchester County Parks and Recreation staff, Johnson Laux Construction, ADC Engineering and the Dorchester County Parks & Recreation Commission to support the landscaping installation and design at Pine Trace Park. The project is a beautiful new space made for adventure, relaxation and fun in the Summerville, SC community.
Our projects included installing an irrigation system as well as three acres of sod, shrubs, and trees.
We also developed a two-acre dog park and cleared two miles of nature trails, all while taking care to protect the native trees on the site. A disc golf course was also installed throughout the woods as well as a playground, creating beautiful new spaces for locals.
Our teams successfully navigated multiple changes to the original plans and client requests, bringing the project to a proud finish. During Hurricane Helene in 2024, the trails and courses were severely impacted by the storm. Our team was prepared to support storm recovery efforts for a second time, keeping the park refreshed and maintained for Dorchester County.

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits | Columbia, SC
Heritage is honored to work alongside ARCO Construction at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, a ±412,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located on +85 acres in Columbia, SC.
Southern Glazer’s is a global multi-generational family-owned alcohol beverage distributor. The company operates in 47 U.S. markets plus Canada, the Caribbean, and South America.
We installed a pond aeration system to help reduce the amount of aquatic vegetation and ensure a healthy ecosystem as well as new grass, trees, mulch, shrubs, and other elements, creating curb appeal. We also installed a stone vector around the perimeter of the building to maintain a barrier for pests and prevent fires or damages.
Our landscaping team continues to maintain the landscaping at Southern Glazer’s Columbia site.
